“New London — On Thursdays, children in the city’s Recreation Department’s summer playground program visit Ocean Beach Park and are split into groups that rotate between taking swimming lessons, spending time with New England Science & Sailing and playing at the kiddie spray park on site.

The summer playground program has three groups located at different sites around the city.”
