How to Register

Please Read:

  • Get a quick look at our summer schedule with our Sailing Program Grid and Marine Science & Adventure Sports Grid.
  • If you have registered for NESS programs in 2016, you have already created an account and password.  If you are new to NESS programs, you will have to create an account upon your first registration.
  • When you get into online registration, simplify your selection by applying all known filters in the left column.
  • You may register for more than one participant at the same time.  Under the Participants and Options section, fill in who you are registering and your options.  Continue to Cart Review & Checkout. If you want to add another registration, click “Add Another Registration” at the top of the page.
  • There is a $35 annual registration fee required for each participant.
  • Your registration will time out after 15 minutes of being left idle. If this happens, you must start over.
  • NESS requires a Participation Agreement and up-to-date Health Exam Form for every camp participant.  Students bringing medications such as Epi-Pens or inhalers must also have the NESS Authorization for Administration completed by a physician.  All forms must be turned in no less than one week prior to the start of program or the student may miss their first day.  To submit your forms, please log in to your online account and upload them in the "Supplemental Forms" section. 
  • NESS will also accept forms submitted via mail, email, or fax, however it is the parent/guardian's responsibility to confirm receipt of paperwork with the NESS office.

Transfers & Cancellations:

There is a $15 transfer fee for switching classes after May 15th.  Any cancellations made before May 15th will be refunded in full.  After May 15, a refund will be given only if another child fills your spot.
